Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman on May 24, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota) is an American musician, poet and artist, whose place in American and European culture in the 1960s through to the present is unique.

Much of Dylan’s best known work is from the 1960s, when he became an informal documentarian and reluctant figurehead of American unrest. Some of his songs, such as “PlayBlowin’ in the Wind” and “PlayThe Times They Are A-Changin’

Yep, Bob Dylan has announced an official release date for his new album Together Through Life: 28th April.

He’s touring too, so here’s a reminder of the UK dates he announced just before Xmas:

April 24 – Sheffield Arena
April 25 – London O2 Arena
April 28 – Cardiff CIA
April 29 – Birmingham NIA
May 1 – Liverpool Echo Arena
May 2 – Glasgow SECC
May 3 – Edinburgh Playhouse
