Noel Gallagher pedalboard…coming soon!

Well, it’s about time we wrote something about Noel Gallagher’s pedalboard…but we WON’T do it right now! In the last issue of NME they published a (tiny) photo of Oasis @ Abbey Road studios, recording their new album, and we could see a few of his pedals – he’s still using his reliable Ibanez TS-9 Tubescreamer, and what appears to be the Ibanez DE-9 Delay, as well as the Line 6 DL-4.

But, we decided to wait until next week for a better look at his gear, because apparently the NME will give away a big Oasis poster of that same studio shot, so we’ll be able to see his gear much better. We’ll use that and our own researches to get an accurate write up of Noel Gallagher’s gear.

As for guitars, it’s interesting to note that when Noel played with Kasabian recently, he was using a Fender Jaguar with 2 humbuckers instead of single coils…pretty cool. Maybe a nod to John Squire custom Jaguar…?

More later…so keep an eye on our page!
