Ovation Nikki Sixx Celebrity – ‘The Heroin Diaries’
Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx has launched the Celebrity Ovation Guitar which was inspired by his new book, The Heroin Diaries.
The limited edition guitar features graphics designed by PR Brown, the same artist behind the book and CD cover art. 25% of each guitar package sale will be donated to Nikki Sixx’s Running Wild in the Night. The charity supports Covenant House, program for runaway youth and the homeless.
The Heroin Diaries, released last September, is based on the life of Sixx, with excerpts from the journals he kept while on heroin in the ‘80s. Nikki commented recently, “I don’t know why I am still alive?” But the man who almost lost his life to his addiction has overcome his demons to help the youth of America not make the same mistake that he did.
This Limited Edition Ovation / Nikki Sixx “Heroin Diaries” guitar (view page) is one of the most distinctive Roundbacks ever made.
