Tele® Guitar Signed by Led Zeppelin raises £27,000!!!
Bit of old news, but interesting nevertheless, considering we’re still buzzing off Led Zeppelin’s return!
A Fender® Telecaster® guitar signed by the three surviving members of Led Zeppelin has recently been sold at auction for £27,000.

The 32nd Nordoff-Robbins Silver Clef Lunch, sponsored by O2 took place at the Hilton Hotel on June 29, 2007 in London. The event which incorporates a major auction was one of the highlights of the year in the UK music industry.
Paul Weller, Rod Stewart, Snow Patrol, The Feeling and Bryan Ferry all received honours & a special Lifetime Achievement Honorary Award went to founder Clive Robbins.
The auction included items donated by Weller, Prince, Raymond Weil, Madonna & others. The undoubted highlight of the auction was a unique Fender Telecaster guitar created especially for the event and personally signed by Led Zeppelin members Jimmy Page, Robert Plant & John Paul Jones.
The guitar features artwork from the band’s legendary first album sleeve. Bids for the Tele® including live internet bidding from around the world started at £5000 & quickly reached £27,000.
